Free audit

Privacy

This page is a legal text, so it is longer than the rest of the site. It says only what we actually do with your data.

Last updated: 31 July 2026.

Who is responsible

Quel, which owns the site askquel.com, is the controller of the data you leave in the form.

What we collect

Only what you type into the free audit form: your business name, your sector, your region, your city and your email address.

Nothing else. This site uses no cookies, carries no analytics, has no social buttons and loads no third-party fonts or resources, so your visit leaves no trace anywhere unless you fill the form in.

What we use it for

To prepare the report you asked for and send it to you, and to reply if something needs clearing up. Nothing else: we do not sell or pass on your data, we do no profiling, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it whenever you like.

Who else sees it

The form is submitted through Web3Forms, which acts as a processor: it receives your request, forwards it to us by email, and keeps a copy for 30 days.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which serves the pages but never receives the contents of the form.

Both are US companies and process the data outside the European Union, so submitting the form transfers your data outside the EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

There is no other recipient.

How long we keep it

If we never end up working together, we delete your request after 12 months. If you become a client, your data moves into the commercial relationship and is kept for as long as it lasts and for the periods the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is used, object to it being used, or hand it over for you to take elsewhere. Write to us and we will.

If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Changes

If we change any of the above, we change this page and its date. We do not email about a change to a legal text, because we do not have your permission to write to you about that.
